I was fortunate to have been invited to be a part of Carri's sound bath and guided meditation over the weekend. Not having ever attended one I can say I was rather impressed! Carri was well prepared, knowledgeable and very professional. She shared her confidence in a way that rested it in my hands, leaving it up to me to settle into the experience she offered. She taught me a number of things without realizing it and I was quite happy to be an unsuspecting student. I would recommend anyone to go with an open mind and simply enjoy something like this.
