Description: This is a Reiki level 1 of training with certification in the the practice of Reiki, a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. During Level 1 training, students learn the basics of Reiki, including its history, principles, and hand positions for performing Reiki on themselves and others. They also receive attunements, to open their energetic channels to facilitate the flow of Reiki energy.
